Cooking your Prime Rib Roast: Tips for mouthwatering results

  • When shopping online, please enter the number of ribs you would like, instead of the number of pounds
  • Remove your roast from the refrigerator one to two hours before cooking to give it time to come to room temperature
  • While waiting for the meat to rest, prepare the seasoning
  • While cooking, keep a close eye on the internal temperature with a meat thermometer
  • Rest the meat for 30 minutes after reaching the internal target temperature to allow the juices to seal back into the meat
  • When cutting meat, make sure to cut perpendicular to the grain lines you can see. If you cut along the grain, the meat will be more difficult to chew
  • Serve your prime rib roast with delicious side dishes.
