Skillet Beer Cheese

1 Block Bowl & Basket Cream Cheese
1 Red jalapeno, finely chopped
½ Tbsp cayenne

Directions
- Combine the cheeses, jalapeno, and cayenne in a large cast iron pan.
- Place the pan over high heat, and add a 12 oz Lager beer.
- Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and serve right away.
- Enjoy with Bowl & Basket’s Cup Tortilla Chips, Pretzel Sticks, and Specialty Kettle Chips
