Farfalle Green Salad

Ingredients
1 box Barilla® Farfalle pasta
1 jar Barilla® Creamy Genovese Pesto
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup mozzarella, diced
½ cup multi-color cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups spinach
1 cup small green peas, thawed
1 lemon, juiced
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta 1 minute less than package directions, drain, toss with olive oil, and cool down on a sheet tray.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl toss all ingredients. Add pasta, season with salt and pepper and serve.
