Summer Berry Cheesecake Tart

1 Bowl & Basket Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 package (8oz) Bowl & Basket cream cheese, softened
1 cup Bowl & Basket heavy cream
1 cup Bowl & Basket powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp Bowl & Basket vanilla extract
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Whisk cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk/beat cream until stiff peaks, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour cheesecake mixture into the pie crust, smoothing out the top.
- Top with berries, then place in fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
