1 Bowl & Basket Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 package (8oz) Bowl & Basket cream cheese, softened
1 cup Bowl & Basket heavy cream
1 cup Bowl & Basket powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp Bowl & Basket vanilla extract
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
  1. Whisk cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk/beat cream until stiff peaks, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Pour cheesecake mixture into the pie crust, smoothing out the top.
  4. Top with berries, then place in fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
