Ingredients
1 cup Mott’s Mighty Honeycrisp Apple Juice
11⁄2 cups Strawberries, hulled and cut in half
1 Small Banana, peeled
1⁄4-1⁄2 cup Baby Spinach, chopped (optional)
8 6-oz. Paper Cups or Ice-Pop Molds
8 Craft Sticks (if using paper cups)
Directions

1. Wash strawberries and peel banana, then cut into slices with a plastic knife.

 

2. Combine all ingredients and blend in blender until pureed.

 

3. Chop spinach and add to blender, if desired. Pulse until smooth.

 

4. Pour the puree into ice-pop molds or small cups, and place popsicle sticks in the mixture.

 

5. Let freeze completely for 4-6 hours, and enjoy!
