Mexican Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
1 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortilla
2 tbs fat-free refried beans
1/4 tsp salt-free taco seasoning
4 grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 Medium avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 1/2 tsp thinly sliced green onion
1 tbs plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbs salsa
3 tbs shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place tortilla on rimmed baking pan; spray both sides with cooking spray and bake 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Spread beans over tortilla; top with seasoning, cheese and tomatoes. Bake 4 minutes or until tortilla is golden brown and cheese melts.
3. Cut tortilla into 4 wedges; serve topped with avocado, onion, yogurt and salsa.
