Directions

1. Pick your base: Choose your favorite pasta: penne, fusilli, macaroni, or use the leftover pasta you’ve already cooked.

 

2. Grab some crunch: Add some colorful bell peppers, sweet onions, broccoli, spinach or any veggies you have left in the fridge.

 

3. Pick your protein: Add some well-seasoned chicken strips, beef, bacon, boiled eggs or tofu. Feel free to use any plant-based option if you would prefer! Freshly cooked or leftover, it does not matter.
