Preparation & Usage
How to Cook Thaw ring, blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Do not overcook calamari or it will become tough. Serving Suggestions For Italian dishes, add thawed calamari to simmering sauce (marinara, spaghetti, cioppino, etc.) a few minutes prior to serving. Stir fry with other sauces, such as Szechuan, black bean, Kung Pao, garlic, etc. Saute in olive oil and toss into a salad. Heat contents to 160° F before serving.
