Preparation & Usage
You will need: 2-1/2lb. bone-in chicken thighs (about 6 to 8 pieces), 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half on a bias), or 6-8 (1/2 inch thick) boneless pork chops and 1 Egg Heat oven to 400ºF. Coat metal baking sheet with cooking spray. 1 egg to moisten. To Prepare: 1. Moisten chicken or chops with beaten egg; shake off excess. Empty coating mix onto plate. 2. Coat chicken or chops on all sides by pressing firmly into the coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. 3. Bake on baking sheet with cooking spray until done (Minimum internal temperature of 165°F for chicken, or 165°F for pork chops, when tested with meat thermometer). Bone-in chicken: 45 min. Boneless chicken: 30 min. Boneless pork chops: 25 min. Let chops stand 3 min. Before serving. Do not cover or turn meat while baking. No-egg directions: Prepare as directed, moistening chicken or chops with water instead of the egg.
