Preparation & Usage
Add Milk, Oil & Egg Ingredients 8-11 Pancakes: 1 cup of mix, ⅔ cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp of oil 20-22 Pancakes: 2 cups mix, 1⅓ cups milk, ¼ cup oil, 2 eggs 36-40 Pancakes: 4 cups mix, 2⅔ cups milk, ½ cup oil, 4 eggs Tips • For thicker pancakes, use less water, for thinner use a little more. • For pancakes a bite above the rest, let your prepped mix stand for 3 min. Prep the griddle by coating it with a little vegetable oil. Heat it over medium-high heat, or turn your electric griddle to 375°F. Mix your ingredients in a bowl until you get rid of any large lumps. Your batter will be a little on the lumpy side. Pour on a little less than ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto your hot griddle. Cook 1½ min on each side or until they're golden brown. Enjoy!
