No Bake Strawberry Shortcake Trifles

2 cups Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream or Half and Half
¼ cup Bowl & Basket granulated sugar
1 tsp Bowl & Basket vanilla extract
1 pint strawberries, cleaned, stems removed, and chopped
1 loaf frozen pound cake, thawed
Directions
- Cut the pound cake into ½ inch cubes and set aside. In a large bowl beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff and fluffy, about 1 minute.
- Assemble trifles in desired cups by layering pound cake pieces, chopped strawberries, and whipped cream in even layers until full.
- If desired, top with a single strawberry
- Serve immediately.
