1 5.3 oz Container Two Good Raspberry Yogurt
Fresh Raspberries, optional
Directions
1. Combine ¼ cup of chia seeds and 2 cups of the milk of your choice in a mason jar and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
2. When the chia pudding is set, layer crushed raspberries, chia pudding, and Two Good Raspberry Greek lowfat yogurt.
3. Top with fresh raspberries. Serve!
