Ingredients
8 frozen buttermilk pancakes, thawed and halved
1/2 cup blueberry preserves
8 turkey sausage links, halved crosswise
8 (8-inch) wooden skewers
Maple syrup for serving (optional)
Directions
- Lay pancake halves on work surface; spread with preserves. Top each pancake half with 1 sausage link half; roll up and carefully thread 2 rolls onto each skewer. Makes 8 sticks.
- Place sticks in large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, pressing out excess air. Freeze sticks up to 1 month.
- For 1 serving, loosely wrap 2 sticks in paper towel; place on microwave-safe plate. Heat sticks in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until heated through.
- Serve sticks with maple syrup, if desired.
