Tomato Gnocchi Soup and Grilled Cheese Bread Bowls

Ingredients
1 can Bowl & Basket 18.6 oz Tomato Basil Soup
1 bag Bowl & Basket Potato Gnocchi
1 Bowl & Basket Authentic Sourdough Boule
2 tbs Bowl & Basket Garlic Butter with Olive Oil
1/2 cup Bowl & Basket Shredded Sharp Cheddar Natural, Cheese, 16 Ounce
1/4 cup Bowl and Basket Shredded Mozzarella cheese, 16 ounce
Directions
  1. First, using a bread knife, cut a circle out of the top of the Bowl & Basket Authentic Boule.
  2. Remove the top of the bread and set aside.
  3. Press down the center part of the bread you cut out to make a large bowl.
  4. Take the top of the bread you set aside and cut it in half.
  5. Add cheddar cheese to half the bread and use the other half to sandwich it together.
  6. Add Bowl & Basket Garlic Butter with Olive oil to the top and bottom of the sandwich and sear on a medium heat pan until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown. Set aside the grilled cheese.
  7. Over medium heat, cook the Bowl & Basket Potato Gnocchi and Tomato Soup in a pot.
  8. Cook for about 7-10 minutes and bring to a boil.
  9. Carefully ladle the soup into the center of the bread bowl and top it with Bowl & Basket Shredded Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
  10. Lastly, cozy up with a cheesy grilled cheese dipped into tomato gnocchi soup!
