1. Prepare chicken according to package directions.
2. While chicken is heating, cook pasta according to package directions and drain well.
3. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook garlic gently until soft.
4. Add wine and cook to reduce by ½. Add broth, lemon juice and broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender. Turn off the heat and briskly whisk in the cold butter.
5. Add the warm pasta, lemon zest and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
