Ingredients
1 cup Bowl & Basket peanut butter
1 cup Bowl & Basket Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Bowl & Basket Vanilla Extract
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and sugar until smooth, about 1 minute, then beat in vanilla extract and egg until smooth dough forms.
  3. Use a tablespoon or a cookie scoop to measure out rounded tablespoons of dough and place on prepared cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between each for spreading.
  4. Flatten the cookies slightly with a fork, making the criss cross pattern.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, or until edges are set.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
