Ingredients
3 lbs Yukon potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
3/4 cup whole milk
3/4 cup FAGE Sour Cream
6 tbs unsalted butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste
chives (optional), chopped
Directions

1. Fill a large pot with water and potatoes. Cover and bring to a boil. Then lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.

 

2. Drain potatoes in a colander and place into a large mixing bowl.

 

3. Using a paddle, mix potatoes with milk, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper on medium speed until fluffy. Do not over-mix.

 

4.Top with chives before serving.
