Ingredients
4 slices whole-wheat bread
4 slices lower-sodium deli chicken breast, each slice cut in half
4 slices lower-sodium deli ham, each slice cut in half
4 romaine lettuce leaves, trimmed, torn into pieces
(1-oz.) lowfat Colby–Jack slices, each slice cut into 4 pieces
16 grape tomatoes
16 dill pickle slices (optional)
Honey mustard
Directions

1. Cut each bread slice into 6 pieces. Starting and ending with bread slices, alternately thread each of 8 (6-inch) skewers with 3 bread slices, 1 folded deli chicken slice, 1 folded deli ham slice, 2 to 3 lettuce pieces, 2 cheese pieces, 2 tomatoes and (if desired) 2 pickle slices.

 

2. Transfer to a plate or a portable container, and serve with honey mustard for dipping.
