1. Brown meat in medium skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender.

 

2. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 10 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
