Preparation & Usage
For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 10 tacos! You will need: 2 to 2½ lbs. boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed of fat and cut into 4 to 5 pieces 1½ cups water Prep directions 1. Season beef by adding water and seasoning packet into roasting pan or pressure cooker. Stir until blended. Coat beef by turning in seasoned broth. 2. Stew in oven at 300°F for 3½ to 4 hours or in pressure cooker on high for 60 minutes until tender. Transfer cooked beef to cutting board, shred with fork. 1-8oz bag cheese, shredded 1 small onion, chopped Cilantro, finely chopped Birria taco assembly 1. Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2. Dip tortilla in seasoned broth. Place tortilla in skillet. Top half with cheese, beef, onion, and cilantro; drizzle with creamy chipotle sauce. Fold in half. 3. Fry tortilla 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown. Flip; cook another 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted and taco golden brown. 4. Serve tacos with seasoned broth.
