Brown’s Super Stores Business Incubator program supports local entrepreneurs by spotlighting their products and food offerings, giving them exposure and the opportunity for growth. Several companies have gone on to wider distribution and successfully launched permanent locations in Brown’s stores.

Brown’s Super Stores has been recognized as “The Best Employer” in the Philadelphia region by the Philadelphia Business Journal and has been recognized by numerous local and national media outlets (e.g. CBS Sunday Morning, The New York Times and The Philadelphia Daily News) as well as The White House for its efforts in expanding healthy food access in areas that are considered “food deserts.”
